MPA’S CELEBRATION OF AMERICA’S 250th BIRTHDAY WAS TRULY AMAZING! WE HAD APPROXIMATELY 90 IN ATTENDANCE, AND THE SPIRIT AND JOY OF NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS BEING TOGETHER WAS WONDERFUL! Thanks, as always, to the Entertainment Committee for organizing and setting and cleaning up, the MPA Staff for setting up/taking down the room and running the Jitney, to Mark for Robo Calls, taking reservations, and directing the room set up, the Board for their sponsorship of this event, and to all MPA’ers who came out to celebrate America’s 250th, together. The Mill Pond Acres (MPA) Website, and all of the information, including personal contact information, stored within it (“Content”), are for the sole use of MPA Homeowners, Renters, and family members who reside in Mill Pond Acres (“Residents”.) Any sharing of Content by Residents for use by any non-Resident or business, is restricted. In addition, any posting of commercial, political, religious, private, inaccurate, critical, disrespectful, harassing, or socially offensive Content onto the MPA Website by Residents, or any use of Content for solicitation or advertising, is restricted. Additional restrictions are stated in the Mill Pond Acres Website – Rules of Etiquette document, which has been posted on the MPA website Bulletin Board page, and is subject to and made part of the Mill Pond Acres Website – Terms of Use.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in removal of posted Content, deleting of Resident Accounts, revoking of rights to use the MPA Website, as well as other actions deemed necessary by the Mill Pond Acres Board of Managers.
